Our Featured Voyages
The stars of Celebrity’s current
fleet are the Millennium-class ships. Infinity(2001) and Constellation(2002)
won the top two slots on CondéNast Traveler's top-ten large ships, with their two sisters,
Millennium(2000) and Summit(2001), coming in snug right behind
them. These ships feature beautiful art, natural woods, and sleek neo-Scandinavian
design. Each vessel carries fewer than 2000 guests, and there are over 4700 cubic
feet of space per guest. With four restaurants, six hot bars and lounges, two pools,
and a fantastic spa program, Millennium Class is all class.
Now there are two new stars are on the horizon. Solstice debuts this November,
and Equinox comes August of 2009. The new ships are remarkable: cabins
are almost 20% larger, there are even more balconies, the number of dining rooms
is increased to seven(!), and there is an expansive deck of real grass for picnics,
croquet and badminton. We love the new verandah staterooms with exclusive access
to the spa. Note: THERE IS STILL SPACE ON THE SOLSTICE INAUGURAL.
